Die Predigtstuhlbahn, mit deren Bau im Jahre 1927 begonnen wurde, gilt heute als die \u00e4lteste im Original erhaltene, ganzj\u00e4hrig verkehrende Gro\u00dfkabinenseilbahn der Welt.<\/p>\n

Die Bahn wurde am 1. Juli 1928 in Dienst gestellt und erf\u00fcllt seit dieser Zeit ohne jede Beanstandung zuverl\u00e4ssig und ger\u00e4uschlos ihre Arbeit.<\/p>\n

Mehr als 6,5 Millionen Fahrg\u00e4ste wurden bislang bef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n

Die Alte Saline in Bad Reichenhall befindet sich unterhalb der Burg Gruttenstein im historischen Stadtkern von Bad Reichenhall. Sie wurde 1834 von K\u00f6nig Ludwig I. erbaut.<\/p>\n

In der Alten Saline mit angeschlossenem Salzmuseum erf\u00e4hrt man alles vom Ursprung der Salzgeschichte in Bad Reichenhall, \u00fcber die Sole\u2013 und Salzgewinnung bis in die heutige Zeit.<\/p>\n

Der K\u00f6nigssee liegt eingebettet in den Bergen des Berchtesgadener Nationalparks<\/a> unterhalb des Watzmanns<\/a>. Sein Wasser schimmert smaragdgr\u00fcn und verleiht ihm diesen unverwechselbaren Flair, der Jahr f\u00fcr Jahr die Touristen bei einer Fahrt \u00fcber den See begeistert.<\/p>\n

Nach etwa der H\u00e4lfte erreicht man die Wallfahrtskirche St. Bartholom\u00e4, das ehemalige Jagdschloss der bayerischen K\u00f6nige und Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Bergtouren. Von hier aus erreicht man unter anderem die Watzmann Ostwand.<\/p>\n

Die Unber\u00fchrtheit hat der K\u00f6nigssee sicherlich auch seiner unzug\u00e4nglichen Lage zwischen den steil aufsteigenden Felsw\u00e4nden der Berchtesgadener Berge <\/a>zu verdanken.<\/p>\n
